Naval and Military Park
The Getaway Guy says...
Head to “The Naval & Military Park” in downtown Buffalo, New York and you’ll get a blast of patriotism and a true appreciation for what our dads, uncles and grandfather’s went through during World War II.
The first ship you’ll see resting in the waters of Lake Erie is the cruiser “USS Little Rock”. The main attraction here is The national historic landmark “USS The Sullivans”, named after the 5 Sullivan brothers who all lost their lives on “The Juneau” in World War II.
